He brings proven expertise in P&L leadership, Lean, TPM, Six Sigma deployment, ERP and CRM implementation, and people capability development. He is also recognised for designing and implementing business excellence frameworks such as TBEM, EFQM, MBNQA, and the Deming Model.

With extensive experience across consumer durables, FMCG, telecommunications, and packaging industries, he has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives.
